Wen you pay to have internet for the month and you only get internet for a week if you are lucky.
My network is more down than up and then you call in and open a ticket then they tell you it will take 72 hours. It has been 2 weeks now and still nothing. And wen you are asking to speak to the manager you get hanged upon or they tell you he will call you. And to get any tipe of documents from them is in possible because they tell you they will send them i am whating 5 months now.
They always tell you on their side everything is 100% so they need to send out a technician out what you need to pay then the technician tells you there is nothing wrong on your side it is at skifi side. It is just a way how skifi wants more money from a person I am stuck with theme because of the contract.
I will not encourage my worst enemy to join skifi
