I highly recommend Skynat energy. If you can get ken as your representative, you will not be disappointed. Best customer service I have had in a long time. While researching for a DIY solar system, I found Skynat energy. Peter. my customer sales specialist provided outstanding customer service. His extensive product knowledge enabled him to answer every question I had. Instead of pressuring my to purchase now, he encourage me to review the materials he provided including the quote. Providing knowledge based salesmanship instead of pressure sales encouraged me to work with Skynat even more. I am starting with a 12 of the 545w ja solar panel system and plan to expand it over the next 6-48 months to a 41-51 panel system. This future upgrade changed the AWG, discount size, and main breaker amp. When Skynat says they stand behind their delivery, they mean it. when two panels arrived damaged, I had the delivery driver document it and initiate a claim on their end, then contacted Skynat and submitted a claim, and then followed up with Peter. Ken contacted me when the claim was accepted, approve, and when 2 new panels were shipped. The installation went very well. I did have to fight rain which delayed my project.
