****** TRICKS DEALERS
After sale service is just a bad dream. My Inverter was taken in May 2025 after seven months of installation and was told it will be back in two weeks. To this day they have never answered my calls. Endless empty watsapp messages promises that they are coming to install it and they never pitch.

SUNFLEX ENERGY HAS BEEN HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!!!!
The only nice thing about this company is the price, the rest is a horror story. They promise 24/7 after sales support. This is a myth, you have to call 100 times before you get a response. The system was not configured well, batteries currently not charging or Discharging power. I have one complete sector of the house not linked to the solar system. I have tried to get them to sort this out, but no help have been received just promises. I now have to try and outsource the service which is going to cost me more money. If you are wise with your Money, STAY AWAY. This review hurts as i was told many times not to go with these guys. I called them before purchasing and they assured me a good service and experience. Installation was quick but very badly done Job. After making payment that is the last time their supposed office picked up my calls. This is a summary of my Experience

Sunflex Energy is nfortunately not what it seems to be. The quotes and invoicing are good, but the rest is uninpresive. Their warranty is worthless, they are not registered with any professional body and the trading entity does not seem valid. They are not even a registered entity. I tried to get the company details but the person I spoke to can't provide any, so I am not even certain if the name is Sunflex Energy or not. The website and Facebook and Whatsapp's are professionally designed to attract customers, but that is all it is. Be careful when trasacting with them. I was threathened when I queried the so called warranty, given by Sunflex Energy from Kya Sand, Johannesburg.

I highly recommend Skynat energy
I highly recommend Skynat energy. If you can get ken as your representative, you will not be disappointed. Best customer service I have had in a long time. While researching for a DIY solar system, I found Skynat energy. Peter. my customer sales specialist provided outstanding customer service. His extensive product knowledge enabled him to answer every question I had. Instead of pressuring my to purchase now, he encourage me to review the materials he provided including the quote. Providing knowledge based salesmanship instead of pressure sales encouraged me to work with Skynat even more. I am starting with a 12 of the 545w ja solar panel system and plan to expand it over the next 6-48 months to a 41-51 panel system. This future upgrade changed the AWG, discount size, and main breaker amp. When Skynat says they stand behind their delivery, they mean it. when two panels arrived damaged, I had the delivery driver document it and initiate a claim on their end, then contacted Skynat and submitted a claim, and then followed up with Peter. Ken contacted me when the claim was accepted, approve, and when 2 new panels were shipped. The installation went very well. I did have to fight rain which delayed my project. The registering process in Capetown. First the city came back asking for more information on the inverter, then a second time asking for more details on the battery.

shipping issue resolved
It is not often I give praise to a company. Skynat Solar Energy deserves it. Their customer service from the first inquiry to this date has been way above expectations. Even when the Courier company lost a portion of the shipment here in Witbank, Skynat step up and replaced the missing items in a timely matter. The whole system went together as planned and is generating properly. Great job to the staff of Skynat Energy!

5KVA inverter back up power with 6 panels (Growat Special on their website)
I dont normally write reviews but after trying to find a reputable Solar install at a good price i took a bit of a leap of faith with Sunflex Energy. So after reading all the reviews posted i still went ahead and ordered a system from them. The main draw to doing business with them was that only a 20% deposit had to be paid for the job to start, 50% to be paid once all the materiel and components where onsite and the 30% only after COC has been issued. The system was ordered on the 2 May and was installed on the 4th which was extremely quick ( compared to other lead times I got) by Eric's team (to which the system looks very neat and tidy). COC was issued same day which again was extremely quick and meant I could add the system to my home owners insurance the very next day. So the reason why its 4/5 stars, Bad 1st -The cable between the battery and inverter wasn't working correctly so the inverter can't accurately read the SOC (state of charge) of the battery. Eric has taken the needed information and has committed to getting back to me with a correct cable. Once this is working correctly i will move to 5 stars. Good- I could not find the same system for a cheaper price so its a very good bargain. Also the system has been running amazingly since it was installed and is performing better than i expected. Often people use these platforms to only complain and when things go to plan people don't normally leave positive reviews. So I thought that it was worth putting my experience up. I will update as things change for the better or worse

I purchased a 5kva backup system beginning of last month which was installed by Siya and his team. These guys were great ordered just before Easter and was installed on the 11th of April. Very happy with there service.

Happy Customer. I was worried after seeing some of the reviews prior to using the vendor, but I'm very happy with the service I experienced. I bought a 5Kva inverter, lithium battery and 3 x 650 solar panels, as well as the installation kit. Delivery was made the same day. There was an item missing with the delivery, I called in and Peter quickly corrected the mistake on the day and offered a compensation for the inconvenience. The communication throughout the process also put me at ease. Thanks for the great service!
