The only nice thing about this company is the price, the rest is a horror story. They promise 24/7 after sales support. This is a myth, you have to call 100 times before you get a response. The system was not configured well, batteries currently not charging or Discharging power. I have one complete sector of the house not linked to the solar system. I have tried to get them to sort this out, but no help have been received just promises. I now have to try and outsource the service which is going to cost me more money. If you are wise with your Money, STAY AWAY. This review hurts as i was told many times not to go with these guys. I called them before purchasing and they assured me a good service and experience. Installation was quick but very badly done Job. After making payment that is the last time their supposed office picked up my calls. This is a summary of my Experience
I moved address and requested for the new address to be setup. 2 weeks down the line i am still not connected. I have heard 4 different reasons why i am not setup. The default response was always to blame Vumatel. Vumatel came through and setup the fibre, called Coolideas to setup the router, did the process with no success. This was apparently escalated but i have received not feedback still and you can never speak to the manager or supervisors. I wish we had an option to change ISPs. This is very frustrating.
<p>MTN is really taking us for granted, i keep getting false adverts from their promotions department. </p> <p>1. i received numerous text messages from MTN saying that if i upgade my sim to an LTE sim i would get 5 gig,i did the upgade on my other number as i have 2 contracts , i never received the Data , went to the store and they informed me they have no knowledge of the promotion. was referred back and forth until i gave up.</p> <p>2. I did an upgarde on 7 November and on that date there was a promotion they were running that said if you upgrade your contract with a minimum monthly subscription of R289 you get 50 gig every month and 10000 mtn to mtn minutes every month, i did my upgarde and no one ever mentioned this promotion. I then was surprised to see this promotion being advertised as a Black Friday special and hence it had been in effect longer than that.I called mtn and enquired Ref: ********** and i was informed that the promotion has been running for a long time now but is only available to a few selected customers. FEW SELECTED CUSTOMERS?????????????? i asked what the criteria was and they rudely informed me that there was no criteria but the selections are done rondomely by the system...What BULL*****. i have been loyal to MTN but its high time to move.
