Sunflex Energy is nfortunately not what it seems to be. The quotes and invoicing are good, but the rest is uninpresive. Their warranty is worthless, they are not registered with any professional body and the trading entity does not seem valid. They are not even a registered entity. I tried to get the company details but the person I spoke to can't provide any, so I am not even certain if the name is Sunflex Energy or not. The website and Facebook and Whatsapp's are professionally designed to attract customers, but that is all it is. Be careful when trasacting with them. I was threathened when I queried the so called warranty, given by Sunflex Energy from Kya Sand, Johannesburg.
I am a dissapointed in the process. On a COD delivery, I ordered 5 items for my daughter, which included a desk light. 3 packages were delivered and the driver could not confirm that 5 items were inside the 3 packages. I requested he opens it and he refused. The status update said I did not have the cash for the delivery. It seems like all their employees are like governement workers, they simply don't care. I can not payd for something I can't confirm exists. I am not certain if this is their procedure as I boufgt a few items from them, but I will never ever support them again. I will never support them again.

Nebdank advised me via SMS that our business bankers where Elsa van Stden and Kefilwe.

I also received another SMS advising that we qualify for a 30% discount on transfer fees. I than called Elsa on the 2nd of June 2016 and explained that we anted to sell our property to a trust as it generates income. I also explained that I was with ABSA private banking nd my wife with FNB private. I requested information in writting on what is required for a bond application, documentation, information and all other paperwork. I also emailed Elsa and she promissed feedback "soonest".

On the 9th of June 2016 I called at around 15h00 to find out when we could expect the feedback. Elsa was not available, Kefilwe did not answer her phone and I was told the Manager, later "team manager" was out, so was the branch manager. This is alledgedly the norm for Fridays. They also do not give out cell numbers. I left messages for all of them.

I finally received a call from Elsa on the 13th of June 2016 and she promissed me feedback. What I got in the email was 3 attachments with various forms, no explanations, nothing about moving all my business to Nedbank, nothing about moving my personal bank account to Nedbank, as was the requirement via our telephonic communication.

I just wanted to close my account after this. Is Nedbank a bad bank or is the service levels bad, does the bank endorse such mediocre service?
