After sale service is just a bad dream. My Inverter was taken in May 2025 after seven months of installation and was told it will be back in two weeks. To this day they have never answered my calls. Endless empty watsapp messages promises that they are coming to install it and they never pitch.
June 30 2025 I received a MEGA sale email with a Y73 with Buds as a freeby. I bought it. On June 03 it was delivered without that freeby and they reckon they don't know of any freeby. To me, the freeby was just a bait.
No service at all. You call they listen or understand. You write they sure read it upside down. Head Office line is never answered. MAKRO ONLINE is a ****.

My insurance chose this panel beater to do some adjustments on the driver's door. I booked the car in on 04 September 2020. Whilst in their possession my car had a collision and I was not told. They They tried to fix it without informing me. Upon collection I noticed the mess. They flatly deny it was in a collision, but they replaced the front part of the car. To this day my fog lamps are not working and I am getting constant empty promises.
Thabiso has been so wonderful from day one. done all the arrangements and follow ups on my behalf till the last day. Indeed a heart throbbing service.
