My flights were “placed on hold” due to covid restrictions in Dec 2021 and to date I have not been able to have consistent communication and guidance from Skyscanner WRT how i can reuse the flight as a credit or voucher…via Emirates (the airline booked with).
Every time a query is made there is no consistency in response nor clarity on how I can be reimbursed.
I sincerely hope this is a misunderstanding and that my flights can be reimbursed or credited.
