Debit order cancelation

So I canceled my policy reason being my car was written off, called tracker and I was told and confirmed that it has been canceled however I still get invoices and I'm still being billed

Tried calling them and I've been on call

I'm not happy with their service at all I was suppose to be removed from their database, how do they take money for a vehicle I don't have anymore
