<p>We booked flights for March 2016 in late November 2015 and since the airline was grounded, we obviously were unable to actually get to CT via Skywise. The problem is that there seems to be no way to get our money back now.</p> <p>I have tried calling but the number has now been disconnected and tried submitting the refund form via email but the email just bounces back undelivered.</p> <p>We did get flight insurance but after calling them, we were told we can only claim once the airline has formally gone into liquidation, which seems to defeat the point entirely! Not to mention that I am still out of pocket my original flight costs of about R3600.</p> <p>There seems to be no way to get my money back.</p>
