Appalling Service

Terrible, terrible service by this company. We made the payment on 11th September, and to date, we haven't received the material. Terence/Clerence makes daily promises that he does not keep. We cancelled the order two weeks back, yet we still haven't received our funds back. This person doesn't appreciate the impact that his behaviour has on our plans. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy. Appalling.
