Appalling Service
Terrible, terrible service by this company. We made the payment on 11th September, and to date, we haven't received the material. Terence/Clerence makes daily promises that he does not keep. We cancelled the order two weeks back, yet we still haven't received our funds back. This person doesn't appreciate the impact that his behaviour has on our plans. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy. Appalling.

Appalling Service

Terrance from slab world takes customers money and refused to deliver material
My constructor bought the slab from Slab world in November 2022. Since then a guy who happens to be the owner Terrance, keeps on promising that he will deliver and even today 19th january 2023 i am still waiting. I had to engage with him every day he promised to deliver the next day since december . He took the money and now he doesn't to deliver or to payback the money. To me this guy is fraud.

Slab World
I have paid for slab materials to Terrance who used to be great when he was still working for Gomed, suddenly with his Cmpany called Slabworld, I ordered and paid for slab on the 10 of August proming to deliver in 3 working days, on day 4 the slab was not delivered, day 6 no deliver, he told me stories days after days until I said on the 25th he need to refund me back my money. Until now he keeps on telling he is that he waiting for supply to pay him back or other clients to pay then he will refund. Yesterday on the 30th of Aug he said that he was paying but never did.
