Never buy from this store Cheap quality False adverti*****t. I bought bed set through makro. Cheap material. Pillow can't even fit in their pillow case. It's like they are running a sewing school and thereafter sell that cheap staff with false advertising.
I called debt buster yesterday to make a follow up on the status of my application. Petra answered the phone and jerrrr!, that lady offered the best service ever. She was updating me on every step she was taking. She will update me when she keeps me on hold. She ensured me that she sent the message to Kundai so that I could get a call as soon as Kundai is available.I wish other companies can also give their people training.
Yesterday on the 22 November 2024, I made an instant payment transaction to my standard bank credit card. Everything was fine when I was busy with an EFT transaction. I even verified the card number was correct. Even on the last stage when the system prompt me to confirm, the first six digits and the last four digits of the card were correct. To my surprise after the payment went through when I receive an email to confirm the transaction, I noticed that one number which is digit 12 is incorrect. I immediately chat with them and they confirmed the number for me. I was surprised to find out that digit 7- 12 are completely different from my card number. Remember those are the numbers that doesn't appear when the system prompt me to confirm. So the consultant sent me the reversal form. However I feel that I should reverse it immediately because it looks like someone has played with the system. It was already late for me to print the form. Big Question ❓ Why only the hidden numbers were incorrect? I verified my card number 100% ..who tempered with the system. Why the bank don't do immediate reversal to save me?
Refilwe L placed an order on the 20th September 2024 by 6 pm. 2 x Fold over meals from Mac Donald Olifantsfontein. We waited 1hour 30 minutes . The next thing we couldn't trace the order. When we call Mc Donald a lady by the name of Refilwe stated that the order was collected by Uber driver Promise Lucky at 19:30. By 20hoo the app sent the message that the order is cancelled whereas the order is out.
On the 09 March 2024 i received a call from On Air consultant Brandon Marke. His service was good and convincing. So proffesional. I agreed on taking their decoder that he said it works like a smart Tv. Unfortunately on the 10th March 2024, my house was struck by lightning and all appliances were affected including TV set. When they call me for the collection of decoder, i explained the tragedy to them and asked them to cancel the contract. Since then they keep on sending the debit order. I tried several times to ask them to cancel the contract and stop the debit order but my plea falls into deaf ears. Even today they are still sending it and I am the one to pay for the returned debit order. They are good in selling the products and excellent in robbing the people. Even today they have sent the debit order which means they refuse to cancel the contract and i am the one who suffers financially and my credit score is being badly affected because of them.
When i call this morning Ntsako answered my call immediately. He app**** excellent customer services skills. He made sure that he get my location accurately. Believe me i didn't have to panick further that because he assured me that my help is on the way. I am very happy with Myway insurance.
My constructor bought the slab from Slab world in November 2022. Since then a guy who happens to be the owner Terrance, keeps on promising that he will deliver and even today 19th january 2023 i am still waiting. I had to engage with him every day he promised to deliver the next day since december . He took the money and now he doesn't to deliver or to payback the money. To me this guy is fraud.
Vodacom is using different addresses for my statement.Yesterday i called to rectify that mistake and ask that they send me nee statement or copies reglecting the correct address. They told me that it's impossible i should wsit for Semptember statement. I tried to explain the urgency and importance of changed address but still they can't help. For 20 yrs they fail to help with the mistake made by them. Very poor service.
