Slay_tique SA on Instagram is a serious scam. Do not fall prey.

I ordered a clothing items worth R799 on Slay_tique in South Africa. It's an Instagram based online "boutique", or in this case, a scam posing as a legitimate online boutique.

I paid this amount by way of EFT. I was told the item I ordered would take 10 - 15 days to be delivered. Then was told after 15 days when I followed up that the item I paid for would be delayed as they had not yet received it from the supplier I assume.

Everytime I call no one answers. When I text, my texts are read and not answered until I send numerous texts. Told the same story and once I informed them that I would report them on Hellopeter, they threatened not to send my item or refund me.

It's a tragedy that people can defraud unsuspecting and innocent people in this way. Is this what it has come to.

Please be aware. Do not buy here. If in fact they are legitimate and I receive my refund, I will inform customers on this platform. I am beyond infuriated.
