Ordered ring adjusters for my wedding ring that was a bit too loose. Got exactly what I ordered and on time. I honestly wasn’t sure at first if I should buy from them but I have no regrets.
I have never seen such level of incompetence. It’s beyond me how people can make mistakes like this. And it’s not the first time but will certainly be my last purchase with the Foschini group. I ordered two items on sale online and both came in two wrong sizes. This was for my maternity photoshoot in a few days. I have never been so disappointed in services provided. Are your employees well? How does this happen twice? Such incompetence. Do not buy from the Foschini group / TFG online unless you have time to play with your money and with your time.
Received my lingerie today. Gorgeous. First purchase and very satisfied.
After car got written off due to an accident I was expected to pay R2000 and some odd amount to cancel contract. What am I expected to do. During that period I was going through a lot due to the accident. They continue to debit my account long after I have cancelled my contract which they sent a letter to confirm has been done. Do not approach them for services, rather go for netstar or something else, you will thank me later. What a headache of a company

ORDER NUMBER O824828183 On 13/11/2021, I purchased grocery items on the Woolworths website. Made a payment of R584.30 but only received items for R421.34 due to them saying certain items were not in stock. I have not received my “refund”. Nor was I given cash upon collection of those snacks purchased online. I emailed numerous times to complain about the lack of care and was made promises that the money would reflect with time. If I had purchased a month’s worth of groceries and the amount to be refunded was more than R162.96 it would have inconvenienced me financially. Sadly this was my first time buying groceries on the Woolworths website. I’d advise people to only buy clothes and non consumables on their site only. If not, you will be greatly disappointed. Didn’t expect this from Woolworths at all. I will never buy groceries on the Woolworths website.
I requested for a withdrawal of funds after I had to leave my former employer. Everyone I call I am being told it’s being processed and the funds will be paid out this week. That week passes and nothing has been paid out. A date would help. Often times the call centre agents sound like they are guessing when providing information. It’s so frustrating. I have had medical aid cover with Momentum in the past and have been pleased with their services in that regard. However, the services received for withdrawal of my Provident funds confuses me because I have always been pleased with their services.
I ordered a clothing items worth R799 on Slay_tique in South Africa. It's an Instagram based online "boutique", or in this case, a scam posing as a legitimate online boutique. I paid this amount by way of EFT. I was told the item I ordered would take 10 - 15 days to be delivered. Then was told after 15 days when I followed up that the item I paid for would be delayed as they had not yet received it from the supplier I assume. Everytime I call no one answers. When I text, my texts are read and not answered until I send numerous texts. Told the same story and once I informed them that I would report them on Hellopeter, they threatened not to send my item or refund me. It's a tragedy that people can defraud unsuspecting and innocent people in this way. Is this what it has come to. Please be aware. Do not buy here. If in fact they are legitimate and I receive my refund, I will inform customers on this platform. I am beyond infuriated.
