Not supplying any reports

We have been dealing with Bernard for almost a year. Asking him to supply the Body Corporate with the reports of the Money he recovers on our behalf. He keeps promising to send the reports and always seem to have some excuse. We have been asking for months to supply the body corporate with reports and till date did not receive anything. The one pager we do get gives us the amount of tokens purchased but no rand value or the rate that was charged. We have requested numerous times that he gives us the service agreement that was signed and them later the developer informed us that there was no service agreement and that the meters were purchased outright. But he kept saying to the Body Corporate that the service agreement is in archives and that he will send it. We no longer wish to do business with him, we sure that another service provider will be able to give us much better service. We would never recommend Etricity / Sleep Africa to organisation. Watsonia View will make sure that everybody knows about his poor service and work ethics.
