I have been a client for years. Suddenly I had two very embarrassing experiences where I went to pay and the Application wanted to take the full amount instead of splitting it in 3. My full credit was available. When phoning you are on hold for 20 min at a time and when you get to the front the call cannot be taken. Left my trolleys full with a red face.
I moved my internet to Afrihost/Evotel. What a disaster. Currently we have no internet. No VoIP line to communicate with our clients and the posting of my one number was unsuccessful. People can phone me, but I cannot phone out because my service has been suspended. Since Thursday last week no feedback or solution.
We have been struggling for 2 weeks in Makolokwe NW with Mobile data. We have people working 24/7 on call. Medical staff and we are cut off from the world.

Since April we have been waiting for a response on goods they damaged in transit. We have not received any feedback. They were late to collect and deliver with multiple excuses.
Took them 3 days to collect in JHB, Over a week to deliver in PE. When the furniture arrived we had major damage and items missing. We took insurance with them and have had no feedback. Boxes were crushed and wet. Brand New TV Cabinet leg broken right off. Antique Couch leg broken off. Electric Steam Pot in Box dented. 2 side tables double wrapped completely destroyed. One bed leg missing. Bicycle pump missing. The wrapping was damaged. Appliances scratched. NO JOY or feedback at all.
We have had the 5G Router for 3 weeks. We have been struggling with days of disconnection. Today we have not manage to keep a connected signal for longer than 15 min. We have done everything. The signal is excellent and drops to no internet at all. Logged calls. They said they will phone as soon as the signal drops. No 1 call in 2 hours with constant dropping, rebooting or resetting
Again Town Square Clicks manage to ***** up a script. The app showed available repeats and now I get a call saying 1 item expired after receiving confirmation of the order. Last month the other Item was not even given to me and suddenly it is on the shelf.
This is the 3rd time I was embarrassed due to cards not working or being delink or not linked at all. Their partners Click Clearwater's staff & Town Square does not ever know that clients can pay with the Mediwallet card. Clicks Managers don't even try and assist. Between FeverTree, Clicks & Specsaver, I cannot decided who is more incompetent. All you ever get is card declined. It is a shame that people who cannot perform in their duties are working with clients. I have previously complaint and no manager ever bother to phone and resolve the issues.
I applied for a loan a week ago (30 July 2021). I did the application via voice call. I had to run to the bank to update my cell number and the branch was closed. On the Monday still no call and I went to the branch and updated my number of which I had to do the application again online. It has been a week and the status keeps showing under review. I have phoned numerous times and still no feedback regarding the application. I could have applied at a different service provider but was hoping that African bank will deliver on their 24-48 hours turnaround time.
