Do NOT use this company!!!!!!
Stuffy took my money and did not pitch up to collect my goods. I gave them multiple chances and date changes and every time they were a no show. They refused to refund me and ignore me. They are a *****ulent company, do NOT use Stuffy Logistics. I’ve since also read over horror stories on Facebook about this company. Before you book them, do your research!

Do NOT use this company!!!!!!
Stuffy took my money and did not pitch up to collect my goods. I gave them multiple chances and date changes and every time they were a no show. They refused to refund me and ignore me. They are a *****ulent company, do NOT use Stuffy Logistics. I’ve since also read over horror stories on Facebook about this company. Before you book them, do your research!

Beware of Stuffy Logistics - they take deposits and don’t pitch
What an utterly disgusting experience with Stuffy Logistics. Paid a deposit to move my belongings from Cape Town to Pretoria. On the day of my move, the truck never pitched. To date, I havnt received my deposit.

Beware of Stuffy Logistics - they take deposits and don’t pitch
What an utterly disgusting experience with Stuffy Logistics. Paid a deposit to move my belongings from Cape Town to Pretoria. On the day of my move, the truck never pitched. To date, I havnt received my deposit.

Stuffy logistics not a real company! Do not use them
Stuffy logistics has taken a deposit from me and not pitched up for my move from Cape Town to Durban. They refuse to return my deposit even though they’ve done no work to justify keeping my money. I was advised to take them the small claims court which seems like the only way I’ll get my money back! They also write their own reviews from different accounts created just for that purpose. The phantom accounts are created solely for the purpose of writing good reviews and ranking high on Hello Peter, to gain potential customers trust. And that’s how they lure customers in.

Stuffy logistics has taken a deposit from me and not pitched up for my move from Cape Town to Durban. They refuse to return my deposit even though they’ve done no work to justify keeping my money. I was advised to take them the small claims court which seems like the only way I’ll get my money back! They also write their own reviews from different accounts created just for that purpose. The phantom accounts are created solely for the purpose of writing good reviews and ranking high on Hello Peter, to gain potential customers trust. And that’s how they lure customers in.

Stuffy logistics breaches contract and keeps my deposit!
I required a truck for my move from Durban to jhb. Cathy from Stuffy Logistics contacted me with a very low quote, almost unbelievable actually (this should’ve been my first red flag) She asked for a deposit, which I paid. And then assured me the truck will be at my address on the day. After they received my deposit, everything went dead silent from their end. Absolutely no communication at all. Moving day arrives, my calls are being ignored. Eventually an employee tells me Cathy isn’t available to talk to me, but she was available 24/7 when she wanted my money. I was told there was no truck available and forget about getting my deposit. I’ve had to go the legal route and open a charge against Cathy and Stuffy Logistics.

Don’t ever use this company! You will regret it
I have written a review previously and Stuffy logistics reported it to be removed. I will continue writing the same review every time it gets removed. I’ve paid a deposit for a service and the service was not rendered by Stuffy logistics. Cathy refuses to return my deposit and so I’ve had to go the legal route. I’ve laid a charge of ***** against Cathy and her accomplices. Hopefully this company gets closed down for good!

It’s so strange how Stuffy logistics writes positive reviews about their company and it’s allowed to remain on the site. But when innocent victims post about their horrible experience, the review gets removed ? Do not use them.Cathy and her drivers will take your money/and or furniture. I’ve laid a charge at the police station, I hope they are behind bars soon!</div>

Stuffy logistics stole my deposit and furniture
Do NOT ever pay any money to this ‘company’ They are foreigners who are operating a huge syndicate. There is no actual ‘company’ or trucks. The woman called Cathy who quotes you and asks for deposit doesn’t ever intend to send a truck because they are running a non existent service. If and when a truck is available, it’s someone ***** that Cathy enlists to fetch your furniture (basically ***** it) and that’s the last you will ever see of your belongings. Go on Facebook and search for Stuffy Logistics, they have ****** from so many people. They also write **** reviews and reply to those **** reviews themselves. That’s how far they are willing to go to ***** from people. The police told me that there are many pending ***** cases and theft charges against them. So why aren’t they behind bars? Only a matter of time !

Stuffy logistics are *****sters!
This company is a total ****. I’ve booked them and paid deposit for a move. They simply did not pitch up and now avoiding me and don’t want to give back my refund. Guys please don’t deal with these *****sters. And don’t believe the reviews about great service. They write those reviews themselves. It’s **** I’ve opened a charge of theft against them .
