I placed an order online this Monday from woolies dash, my order arrived with an item missing. I queried if I’d get a refund and a whole week goes by without a word from woolies, except that will ‘investigate’ and get back to me. Why does it take almost an entire week to do an investigation? And no update since
I paid for a consult (R899) but was told the attorney is on maternity leave. So the Legal Secretary was ‘consulting’. Basically she was on google to get answers to my questions. No consult was given. I could’ve googled my own questions not paid a legal secretary to do it for R899. MG are ****mers! Beware
I required a truck for my move from Durban to jhb. Cathy from Stuffy Logistics contacted me with a very low quote, almost unbelievable actually (this should’ve been my first red flag) She asked for a deposit, which I paid. And then assured me the truck will be at my address on the day. After they received my deposit, everything went dead silent from their end. Absolutely no communication at all. Moving day arrives, my calls are being ignored. Eventually an employee tells me Cathy isn’t available to talk to me, but she was available 24/7 when she wanted my money. I was told there was no truck available and forget about getting my deposit. I’ve had to go the legal route and open a charge against Cathy and Stuffy Logistics.
I have written a review previously and Stuffy logistics reported it to be removed. I will continue writing the same review every time it gets removed. I’ve paid a deposit for a service and the service was not rendered by Stuffy logistics. Cathy refuses to return my deposit and so I’ve had to go the legal route. I’ve laid a charge of ***** against Cathy and her accomplices. Hopefully this company gets closed down for good!
This company is a total ****. I’ve booked them and paid deposit for a move. They simply did not pitch up and now avoiding me and don’t want to give back my refund. Guys please don’t deal with these *****sters. And don’t believe the reviews about great service. They write those reviews themselves. It’s **** I’ve opened a charge of theft against them .
The cardboard boxes that Parcel Ninja uses as packaging smell absolutely disgusting!!! My entire home smelled like vomit and we searched and searched until we found the source of the odour! Vile !
I recently purchased a Silhouette cameo machine which was advertised on Takealot as ‘sample vinyl kit included’ and a R2000 training voucher. Both those items were missing and when I queried this, I was told to process a return request. So basically I was to return the machine (which makes no sense) just to get a sample pack of vinyl and a training voucher. Mind you, I had already downloaded the software for the machine and registered it as mine on the website. So how was this going to work. Takealot has been silent and hoping that I would be too.
I’m absolutely disgusted by Takealot! I’ve placed quite a large order online and was expecting my order to be delivered between 5-8 days as it stated at checkout. At no point did it say any of my items were out of stock. A few days later I get an email informing me that my delivery has been ‘delayed’ because items are not in stock. So I email Takealot and tell them to send the items that are in stock. To my absolute horror, they cancel 2 items, without any confirmation from me and push back my delivery even further. At this point I’ve given up on communication with Takealot because my emails are being ignored!
I’ve recently placed an online order from Bubbles plastic (27th April) 2 items were out of stock, I was told I would get a refund for these items, to date I am still waiting for my refund. I’ve sent an email asking about this and it was completely ignored. Why do they advertise items on their website if it’s out of stock, then the customer orders and pays for it, only to be told it’s not available. Then they keep your money! If my refund isn’t done, I’m opening a charge of theft, because that’s exactly what it is !!!
I’ve ordered medication from Pharmacy Direct almost two weeks ago, the medication arrived in a smashed up, torn box and the pills weren’t even inside the box. I’ve emailed Pharmacy Direct that I will not be taking this medication that arrived in this terrible condition and I’d like a new box of pills. I’ve sent countless emails to them and I’m still waiting for a new replacement box of meds. When I call in they claim they’ve not recieved any of my emails which I know is a total lie. In the meantime I’m out of medication and Pharmacy Direct doesn’t give a damn because they’ve already been paid!
