Ram hand to hand couriers should not be used
This rating is given to said business because they are utilizing the services of Ram hand to hand Courier services in Durban. Its become apparent,as I've had to be in contact with Ram on 2 separate occasions, that they are being paid to deliver the package, they are lying about delivering and being unable to deliver but what industrial area or office is open after 6pm and then sending the package back to Parcel Ninja probably in hopes of the parcel being sent back to them for delivery and they get paid a second time. No one should be using this delivery service amd they need to be investigated. I appreciate customer services at Parcel Ninja for trying to assist me but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Parcel Ninja very inconvenient🚮🚮
Parcel Ninja is playing us and the stores that we order from. Parcel Ninja driver phoned me early morning saying they were coming to my area, am I at home. I said yes but I will leave for work at such time and he okay I will phone again soon. According to the arrangements with Boardman a courier company was coming to collect a returning item from me. The driver phoned again telling he is at police station and I must bring the parcel to them, I told him I can't I will be late for work plus I can't carry this box in the rain (the weather that day was bad) he couldn't care of what I said, he said he can't come to me neither 😳 After the up and down, back and forth argument, I had to take two taxis out of my route just to drop parcel that morning. This short cut business of theirs is annoying.

ParcelNinja - What a waste of time!
Made an online purchase a week ago from PicknPay. Got confirmation that the parcel is on its way. Got confirmation sms that it is out for delivery on the Thursday, 29th of May. Made sure there is someone at home the whole day. DPD Couriers does not pitch. Got another SMS for the next day. Phoned them at 8h00 and ask that they deliver between 9h00 and 13h00 seeing that they did not pitch the previous day of which it was agreed. The delivery person phones me at 15h30 the afternoon wanting to deliver to which I informed him there is no one home as he did not deliver at the agreed upon time. He told me that he will come the Saturday. Again, a no show. So, I phoned them this morning just to be informed they cannot deliver between a certain time. For 4 days I have issues with delivery. To cover it all the driver Kurt Samuels is assigned to deliver every time. I have the following to say/ask to ParcelNinja. 1. How do you use a company like DPD Laser who is known for them not being on time or having people sit at their house for days waiting on something they paid for? (This information I got from forums like Hello Peter and previous experience with them) 2. Do you think we must sit at home for days to wait for our parcel to arrive

Ordered some shoes from Reebok online, got them within a few business days. Package slightly damaged, but no harm done to shoes.

Next day service = no service at all
What a horrid first experience with this logistics company. Parcel booked on Thursday before their cut off for next day service. Friday came and went and now even Monday doesn’t look possible as the courier has not picked up the parcel. And to make matters worse I was told to phone just before 5pm to confirm the parcel was picked up and phoned at 16h50 and everyone went home it seems …

Bad services in a everchanging world.
I placed an order with Wellness Warehouse who uses the services of this company. 4 days later I am still waiting for my order to be delivered and the call centre staff is of no use. I have been calling for 2 days now I was first told the goods are coming from JHB WOW Wellness Warehouse is all over Cape Town so this is news, then when I called in I ask the lady to either speak lounder or into her mike as she was very faint, she answers me with a very annoyed I am and hangs up the call. I call back to get someone else who says they can't check with the driver when my goods will be arriving irrespective of the fact that I am telling her I need to go to work so need some sort of indication. I ask to speak to a manager and get bounced from one person to the next all sounding as if the word "manager" is foreign to there vocabulary. I would not trust my business with this company they are pathetic to say the least.

Very Bad Service :-(
My order from Edgars was handed over to Parcel Ninja on the 02nd April 2024 and today its the 05th April 2024 and still no package. I have never had to deal with this poor level of service. You call heir customer service and they cannot assist adequately enough to resolve this matter. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone!!!

My order from Edgars was handed over to Parcel Ninja on the 02nd April 2024 and today its the 05th April 2024 and still no package. I have never had to deal with this poor level of service. Ordered through Snatcher and parcel was to be delivered through Parcelninja
Very annoyed - ordered parcel through Snatcher on 27 November 2023, to-date parcel has still not been delivered. I have talking to them and everyday I am told the parcel is out for delivery but it never gets to me
