Parcel Ninja is playing us and the stores that we order from. Parcel Ninja driver phoned me early morning saying they were coming to my area, am I at home. I said yes but I will leave for work at such time and he okay I will phone again soon. According to the arrangements with Boardman a courier company was coming to collect a returning item from me. The driver phoned again telling he is at police station and I must bring the parcel to them, I told him I can't I will be late for work plus I can't carry this box in the rain (the weather that day was bad) he couldn't care of what I said, he said he can't come to me neither 😳 After the up and down, back and forth argument, I had to take two taxis out of my route just to drop parcel that morning. This short cut business of theirs is annoying.
Almost 4 hours delay. I booked a 16:00 bus it only showed up at 19:40. No prior communication (one sms came in at 19:16 - of which it was a very late notice) No apology Office lines were not being answered. It's winter season, it got dark and cold.. We were on our feet freezing at the but stop (on the street, under no shelter or safe environment, no rest rooms) ⚠️High speed/ Bad driving (we were terrified, we asked the drivers to slow down but no he did not listen. We prayed for our lives just to be safe). We were wide awake through out the night. ⚠️Got lost in P. E ⚠️Corcoroaches 🪳 ⚠️ Bed bugs 🏺 Overall it was a horrible journey APM operating permit should be terminated.
I'm writing on Hellopeter because I'm not getting any response from PJN (via email and over the phone) 30 August 2022 would have been my last installment of R186.00, instead I received messages saying payment has been unsuccessful due to insufficient funds I panicked and checked my bank balance... I had funds. What could be wrong? I emailed PJN asking them to process the payment again. I even tried to process the payment from my side using the PJN app now it says the pin is incorrect. 31st August another messages "payment failed again" now with a balance of R311. 00... ***!!! from R186 to R311? 😲 due on the 6 September. I'm very disappointed at PJN and their delay tactics... does this mean on the 7 September another R125 will be added to my balance in order for them to make profit? This is b***s***😡
