lucia mall has been the worst service I've ever recieved from a jewellery store . Absolutely ********** from a shop assistant who is suppose to be assisting. Do you really make that many sales at that branch for that kind of snobby attitude. Go to the watch store on the same floor that stocks products 10 times more expensive and ask them to train your pathetic staff
I cannot fault Superbalist. From their website, to delivery and even customer service. They are the best and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. After experiencing such atrocious service from other stores and delivery services in SouthAfrica, its so refreshing to get this kind of service. Give everyone there a raise! They deserve it!
This rating is given to said business because they are utilizing the services of Ram hand to hand Courier services in Durban. Its become apparent,as I've had to be in contact with Ram on 2 separate occasions, that they are being paid to deliver the package, they are lying about delivering and being unable to deliver but what industrial area or office is open after 6pm and then sending the package back to Parcel Ninja probably in hopes of the parcel being sent back to them for delivery and they get paid a second time. No one should be using this delivery service amd they need to be investigated. I appreciate customer services at Parcel Ninja for trying to assist me but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.
I didnot utilize the services of this company. I paid delivery to a clothing company. The terms and conditions clearly stated I could use an office address and the delivery would be between 8am and 5pm. My parcel was given to Parcel Ninja who utilized the services of Ram. Ram tried to deliver my parcel after 5pm, sometimes after 6pm in an industrial area in Durban. They did not contact me telephonically only via sms. The sms was sent in the morning but the delivery happened at night. I was expected to track my own parcel during working hours. After 3 attempts, they sent my parcel back to the sender in JHB. When I called their customer service, they had the audacity to tell me it was up to me to locate the parcel and apprently that was the time their drivers are in that area (who delivers in an industrial area at night?). What this company is doing is taking the customers money and their drivers are lying, probably driving around aimlessly or not even making the effort at all. There is no accountability from this company for their mistake. They should be taken to the CGSO and be properly investigated.
My food order was damaged because it had toppled over in the bag. Therefore unedible and Mr delivery has done nothing to rectify the situation. You pay for delivery and tip the delivery man for an absolutely unprofessional service and useless call center staff.
I have been a loyal customer of ABSA Bank for 20 years. I went into the ABSA GATEWAY today to pick up my logbook and enquire about my credit card payments. The consultant was extremely rude and stand-offish toward me. She mockingly answered my question as if I were a child. I'm extremely upset and disappointed as I've always maintained that ABSA provides the best customer service and especially as a loyal customer who has multiple accounts, I would think receiving friendly and helpful service is not asking for a lot. I cannot understand how this kind of treatment can be dished out to customers for no reason.
Absolutely dreadful place. No lighting at night in what seems like a very dangerous area. In an emergency situation the manager did not answer her phone and the alarm system did not work. Alarm was set off twice and no security company turned up. Took hours to direct an ambulance to the dingy, disgusting place as it could not be seen at night. You are not safe in this place!
