The first time flying cemair. My going away flight was delayed from 06h00 that morning to 14h45 … all I got was a “sorry” with zero compensation for the inconvenience. My return flight slated for 8h15 was also delayed to an undisclosed time. But have an important meeting that I will now miss. These are not cheap flights at R3000 return for local travel. Certainly not moneys worth
I have tried now for the 6th time to downgrade my account and every single time the agents tells me they encountered an error and will call me back but never do. This is beyond ridiculous … I will sometimes wait online for long and the call will disconnect. I am at my wits end regarding this
I am actually with RMB. Have had an online order go pear shaped where the retailer flagged my payment incorrectly as *****ulent despite the payment being authorised and held off my account. This was on 24 March 2025. I have logged this dispute and logged a ***** case to get this hold removed. The online merchant has provided RMB with the transaction details as well and confirmed the cancellation of my order. But RMB/FNB chooses to hold onto what my money. It’s 28 March as of this writing and still this amount remains held by my bank. The experience with the merchant left a sour taste and now my bank adds insult to injury doing this to me having been a customer for decades … i have quite a large portfolio with RMB and its stuff like this that will make me take everything and move to another bank. And the amount we talking about that is being held is basically a small car for someone.
What a horrid first experience with this logistics company. Parcel booked on Thursday before their cut off for next day service. Friday came and went and now even Monday doesn’t look possible as the courier has not picked up the parcel. And to make matters worse I was told to phone just before 5pm to confirm the parcel was picked up and phoned at 16h50 and everyone went home it seems …
Thanks for the amazing service and quick turnaround. There might be other slightly cheaper ISPs around but the comfort knowing I will get good service every time is what keeps me staying … because the value you offer is the best from anyone

Bought keys a few times from them and every single time it has been a great experience. Even when I reinstalled my windows sw on a new pc the owner went out of his way to remote into my pc to help activate the sw properly. Will continue my support of this company
Ordered a small pedestal and was told they don’t have the colour I ordered instock so I opted for a refund. To date nothing … order placed on the 19th of June. This is not professional at all
