Bought a brand new bed ,bed is sinking at the centre followed all their requests for an exchange ,say it takes 2 weeks been 1 month now and no phone call no answer when bed will be replaced etc …

Bought a brand new bed ,bed is sinking at the centre followed all their requests for an exchange ,say it takes 2 weeks been 1 month now and no phone call no answer when bed will be replaced etc …. Staff have a don’t care attitude like it’s not their problem the bed is sinking I am willing to exchange and pay the difference to get a better quality bed ….. Still waiting and suffering on this sinking bed…. This must be published all over social media to get some attention…
