I recently made a bed purchase on November 25, 2023, from this company, Sleeplekka, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The issue arose immediately after payment when I discovered that the company's delivery policy contradicted the information on their website. Despite the site promising nationwide delivery within 24 hours, the company insisted on limiting delivery to the Cape Town area only.
What's more disheartening is the lack of resolution or communication from their customer service team. Despite multiple attempts through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, I have not received any feedback, let alone a refund for the bed that I have neither received nor been updated about.
This has been a frustrating and regrettable experience, and it is evident that the company's customer service is virtually nonexistent. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from this company to be wary of their promises and delivery commitments.
In summary, my interaction with this company has been nothing short of a disgrace, and I hope that sharing my experience serves as a warning to potential customers.
