I bought a double bed from these guys last year August & emailed a few times in the last few months as the bed has broke & the mattress springs are all over the place. To this day I have not received any response!!!!

I purchased a Queen bed set last year January 2023 which the mattress has started to sink in. I tried calling them, I have emailed them and tried to communicate with them via their WhatsApp line with no response whatsoever.

I recently made a bed purchase on November 25, 2023, from this company, Sleeplekka, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The issue arose immediately after payment when I discovered that the company's delivery policy contradicted the information on their website. Despite the site promising nationwide delivery within 24 hours, the company insisted on limiting delivery to the Cape Town area only. What's more disheartening is the lack of resolution or communication from their customer service team. Despite multiple attempts through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, I have not received any feedback, let alone a refund for the bed that I have neither received nor been updated about. This has been a frustrating and regrettable experience, and it is evident that the company's customer service is virtually nonexistent. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from this company to be wary of their promises and delivery commitments. In summary, my interaction with this company has been nothing short of a disgrace, and I hope that sharing my experience serves as a warning to potential customers. Sincerely,

I have bought double bed mattress since the 15th of October, the following day I enquired about my order the requited the order number, I send it from there no response even when I call there’s no answer.On the 28th of October they promised to deliver on Monday till today I’m still waiting for my order I have requested refund no response. Very very very bad service 😡

I recently purchased a bed from this company. I explained before hand where I stay, gave my address etc. After payment was made they can't delivery. I have tried multiple times to contact them and no reply. I am so disappointed in the service.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are ****mers. They let you purchase and promise to deliver then ignore all your messages, emails and never answer their calls. When I contacted them with a different number to enquire they responded, when I mentioned my order number I was back to being ignored. They promise nation wide delivery only to tell you after the full payment they dont deliver outside Gauteng but wont give you a refund. Terrible service and whenever you try contacting them on their social media pages they delete your messages. Do not buy from them

I Bought a bed on the 12th October, After days of no response. I tried by all means to get updates from this business but they just ignore me... Their service is terrible.. I regret purchasing from them.

Purchased a bed with this business 3 weeks ago. Attempted endlessly to inquire on delivery of products bought, no one bothered to attend to my query. Demanded refund, it too fell on deaf ears.
