TERRIBLE BED QUALITY & SERVICE!!!!
I bought a double bed from these guys last year August & emailed a few times in the last few months as the bed has broke & the mattress springs are all over the place. To this day I have not received any response!!!!

I placed an order on the 8th June 2023, it said it should be completed by 6th July 2023 up until now i have received no communication from these guys the last response i received was on the 9th June 2023 and after countless emails sent between then and now still no response, these guys took my money and promised 10-15 working days delivery with full tracking and reliable customer service which is utter bull****! **** company!

Scammed by Telkom !
I received a call last week 20th August 2021 regarding a online contract order from Telkom and was told I have been approved and that I will be debited R349.00 end of the month before receiving the cellphone... seems dodgy and then I notice a debit order on my bank account with the reference of my order but when I call Telkom no one knows anything and they cannot remove the debit either or find me under the reference their sms provided 1421044 because I don't exist on their system.

Order stuck in processing for a week ?
So i ordered from exact on the 18th of July 2020 and have received an email saying my payment was received and i am an account customer, yet i email and call in every day for an update and no one can tell me where the hell my order is its the 29th of July already and still nothing all im getting is bad customer service from the Exact side but i order a pair for sneakers on the 20th July and that was delivered on monday already so what the hell is the difference between the two stores from my understanding you guys are the foschini group, clearly you guys need to sort this **** out or just refund me my credit dont see why you're always available to offer me stuff and remind me about payments every month when its always on time clearly you're just trying to rob your so called valued customers.
