I Also wrote a review in July after I paid for overnight courier and only received my parcel after a few days of persistent follow-up calls. I was contacted by a supervisor and my delivery fee was paid back. Thank you! Unfortunately these people does not seem to get sufficiently trained to do their job. I started the order process for a new CPAP machine on 24 Nov. All went well in ordering and getting the invoice to submit to Discovery. Interestingly there was a co-payment of R350 added because I claimed directly from Discovery, but this is not the issue here. After Discovery confirmed the payment to them, there was a R563.98 shortfall (which included the co-payment). I immediately paid that over to them. The salesperson insisted that I (still) owe them the R350 additionally. I sent extensive proof (on 5 Dec) that everything was paid. T received acknowledgement that the account was paid up. They then emailed me that they were short of stock and would inform me when it was received, which they did. The arrangement was that my daughter would pick it up late this (past) week, When she got there this morning, the machine was not set up and she had to wait for that. But that was the least! Again everyone there tried to tell her that there was an amount outstanding!!!. She had all the evidence with her but a big argument followed. Needless to say that she won the argument because all the evidence was there. She stays so close to their offices and is my ideal pick-up service, but after this I doubt that she will ever volunteer to do this again. Can someone with proper number knowledge please check payments of accounts in future? This should really be basic.

Great service from Port Elizabeth Office. After waiting since February for another Company to supply my wife with her CPAP machine, I eventually went to them beginning of May. Within 3 weeks we had Medical Aid auth and the Machine, as well I did not need to pay in a shortfall, which I would of had to do at the other Company. Thank you Ricky and Chimmy for your fast and professional help. Def use them if you need a CPAP machine in PE.

SleepNet emails not answered. Then try to phone numerous times, then calls not answered. Eventually got thru to different dept. and was told I can WhatsApp same no. Eventually I was contacted and appointment was made after I advised of when I will be back in town. Still they made the appointment before the date that I was back. Then I was told that I could be help the next day. ( this was for a public holiday) Eventually got an appointment for past Friday a received the loan unit. Had problems with the machine at night where I could not breathe with the mask on and tried to contact you on landline and via whatsapp on the monday morning. Again no-one has even bothered to pick up a phone or return my WhatsApp. I have now cancelled my appointment and will look for a reputable company. If this is how difficult it is to speak to someone in the company, what would the service have been like if I purchased a unit and had problems?

5 star treatment from Sleepnet. We went to see service providers before settling with them. Great quality products and assistance. The consultants gave my husband good recommendations in line with his medical results. They really helped calm our worries and be positive about the treatment needed. Fantastic service received. I paid for a mask at the Milnerton branch including overnight delivery. I had to follow up numerous times and after 3 weeks got an email that the mask is ready for pick up. I send numerous emails to inform them that they need to send it via overnight courier as that is what i paid for. Yet , no response. I called 10 times and never once could i get hold of them as nobody picks up. This is the most pathetic branch of this business i have come accross. They are unprofessional and I would recommend to avaoid them and rather go to another branch.

Sleepnet just get worst every year. And we keep falling for the same **** experience. They claim from the med aid, and then tell you there is NO stock. Eventually when they get it, they tell you to come and fetch it yourself. OK. I'm in Rustenburg, courier it. So they told me they will get a quote, that's 8h15 in the morning. Already the next day AND STILL NOTHING😭😭. LISTEN, NEVER AGAIN PEOPLE STAY AWAY. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
