SleepNet emails not answered. Then try to phone numerous times, then calls not answered. Eventually got thru to different dept. and was told I can WhatsApp same no. Eventually I was contacted and appointment was made after I advised of when I will be back in town. Still they made the appointment before the date that I was back. Then I was told that I could be help the next day. ( this was for a public holiday) Eventually got an appointment for past Friday a received the loan unit. Had problems with the machine at night where I could not breathe with the mask on and tried to contact you on landline and via whatsapp on the monday morning. Again no-one has even bothered to pick up a phone or return my WhatsApp. I have now cancelled my appointment and will look for a reputable company. If this is how difficult it is to speak to someone in the company, what would the service have been like if I purchased a unit and had problems?
