Scamming

I am working at an Old Age Home that is registered as an NPO. This company contacted me early February 2021 to introduce me to their 'very affordable", "SABS" approved cleaning materials and sanitizer. I requested a quotation and received a very misleading one. As the product and the 'discount' offer still sounded good to me, I placed an written order for a certain amount of some of the products. When the products arrived, the invoice was for double the amount agreed apon. I tried my utmost best to return the product but they would not take it back. My workplace had to pay R 10 522,50 and half of this was taken from my salary over a two month period. My household section indicated to me that the product is not working properly and we had to buy our normal cleaning material additionally. I wrote this experience of as a life lesson until the end of May 2021. Another batch of these products arrived under the name 'Tra-Lua Solutions'! I immediately phoned the number as provided by the delivery guy and told them I' did not order more of the products and I'm returning it, The person on the phone ensure me, my household manager and my financial clerk that it is a late delivery on our first order and that we don't have to pay. A few days later I received an Invoice for R 24 058,00! For the last week, they are contacting my daily to threaten me if I should not pay. Please assist me in resolving this matter.
