The Slow Lounge gets the essentials right: it's clean, has wifi, and offers a space to sit. The shower facilities are a welcome feature.
Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ends. The food and beverage offering is minimal and uninspired, more like a continental breakfast bar than a proper lounge spread. It also tends to get very busy, which means items run out and it loses its "slow" appeal.
An acceptable place to kill an hour if you have free access, but not a lounge I'd go out of my way for or pay to enter again. Perfectly average.
