Slow lounge charge

On Monday I accessed the international slow lounge for the first time this year only to realised on Wednesday that I was charged R550, i enquired on the App and I was told I was on reward level 1 on my private client account. I think it's unfair to charged without being told they must create a system that will inform you before you enter if you are eligible for a visit or you will charged.

I had options, I had my discovery card and my FNB business card I could have used them instead of the private clients. This is an unfair charge.
