Smart Appliance Centre Blackburn does not fix but damage goods-Beware!

My fridge was not working properly. I sent it to Smart Appliance Centre in Blackburn. As per their staff the fridge had an internal gas leak. The report states they fixed the fridge and stated all was in working order. No guarantee on the compressor.

Now they are saying that leak was on heating side first which they fixed. It also has a leak on the cooling side and this cannot be fixed. They did not advise us initially of this. This shows inconsistency on their side. Fridge did not work from the next few days after they brought it back to us. So my fridge went in with a minor issue but still worked however now it has been 'repaired' by them but does not work!! Tired of calling them and being told different things..almost like they are guessing the fault. They have now done more damage to my appliance than before. Very unhappy with their lack of customer service and incompetence. If they could not fix it they should have just said so and I would have gladly paid somebody else that could do the job!
