Smartindustries.co.za are showing signs of fraudulent activity and misconduct!
Smartindustries.co.za appears to be a bunch of sharlatans who I ordered foggers from for health and safety reasons. It has been 3+weeks and I have not received my order. They do not respond to email enquiries, have not responded to my 2 or 3 inquiries on the website forms, they don't respond on Facebook nor does anyone respond to their online chat. As far as I'm concerned, my money has been stolen by this company who is now hiding away.
I want my money refunded to my account within 48hours or I will have to open charges of theft and report fraud to the various banking institutions to be wary of this company. I will also report this to various governing agencies and authorities as this is totally unacceptable.

To Smartindustries.co.za:
Refund me the money and include the bank charges. I received 1 email from your company... 1. I have sent you at least 4 or 5. Now suddenly I am at fault and Sarfaraarz Waina is upset I put up the hellopeter review. 3+ weeks you have not responded to me. Nothing! You guys need to go on workshops for interpersonal relations skills, and customer service.

We do apologize for the Inconvenience, on our side the system shows that you were going to collect instead of us delivering , we did also send you a email saying that your order is ready for collection, you did notify me today that you did send us a mail saying that you want to correct the issue , our mails have been down and only got them up and running recently.
We do apologize for all the Inconvenience caused , and have sent you a refund , if there is anything else we can do to compensate you further please do let us know
