Smart Removals Sedgefield

I paid a deposit of 50% for a removal with a signed Quote for that particular day, and the day before phoned to confirm and pay final. I was informed that they had moved my date on as they thought I wanted to move it. They said that I had signed a new quote which I did not and they could not provide proof of it either. I realised then that they had double booked me and asked for my deposit back so i could make alternative arrangements. They refused to pay it back and said that I had cancelled , which i did not. Candice Potgieter and Justin have now refused to accept my letter of demand and do not want me to know their Domicilium in Sedgefield to hand deliver before I continue with small claims court. This is not the correct way to do legitimate business especially if you have made the mistake and not the client. I shall continue to pursue them in all avenues for the return of my hard earned money until I have received it . My advice is to be very careful with this company if dealing with them.
