Smart Removals thieving R2000 for no service rendered

I was extorted of R2000 by the owner of this Company. He did not lift a finger for the money apart from taking a few WA messages in an attempt to get a quote for his service.

I send a deposit to secure a removal date that is a month away. When he decided he under quoted and wanted to double his quote I cancelled his service. He then refused to refund my deposit.

He could not produce his company's terms and conditions and made it up as he went. Witholding R2000 of my deposit is extortionist.

Do not trust any service provider that has not been referred by someone close to you. And definitely do not trust Smart removals despite the lovely website and 100% customer satisfaction statement. This customer is hugely disappointed.
