Do not trust Bernie from Smart Synergy. I purchased a Jetair aircon in Oct’19, two Sirair aircons, one in Dec’19 & the other in Oct’20. All 3 installed and serviced yearly. So far so good. Then in Nov’21 when Smart Synergy serviced the aircons I told them that the Jetair is noisy. The technician advised the fan motor needs to be replaced. Since Nov’21 to date Bernie has had one excuse after the other. Makes appointments to replace the motor and then has some story why he cannot come. I then decided to call our trustworthy electrician to come and investigate the issue. He then confirmed that the fan motor is faulty and must be replaced. He requested that I submit POP and services. I gladly provided the invoices and POPs via email. He then discovered from Jetair that Bernie has never registered my aircon after installation to ensure we benefit the 5 year warranty. Jetair has been extremely helpful in the process thus far. Our electrician replaced the motor however, now needs to write a report and submit it to Jetair so that we do not have to pay for this motor and I can benefit from the remainder of the warranty. I now am worried that the same situation applies to our Sirair aircons. Unethical Bernie. You should be ashamed!!!!

Bernie Ruthven from Smart Synergy could not after months and many attempts get the inverter he installed to work which resulted in him removing it. I have thus paid R37 200 and am now for months without inverter and out of pocket and now he uses every excuse in the book not to pay me . This has now been going on almost six months with no effort to repay me. Stay away!!
