<p>I had taken a contract out with smartcom vodacom at vodaworld in September 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Currently to date my Sim has not been activated, the 10GB data as promised on the summer special for September has not been loaded.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Sim has been accumulating minutes and data although the Sim is not active, i cannot connect to the internet using my device.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been making the payments although the sim is not active. they were supposed to convert my prepaid number to contract instead they issued a different number.</p>
