YOU people are crooks! You called and offered me a data contract, which i accepted. I waited for the sim card for months, only to see a deduction from my ban**** About a month later, the sim card was delivered and given to my colleague with the same name! You *****s didn't even bother to check if she was the correct person!!! WOW! So my details were exposed like that!!! She didn't even know about this! She then called your call centre and spoke to Dave and Neo who had no clue what was going on and kept on saying " YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED ON OUR SYSTEM"!!! OF COURSE SHE IS NOT!!! I'M DISGUSTED WITH YOUR LACK OF ETHICS AND WANT NO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!! JUST COLLECT YOUR DAMN SIM CARD AND CANCEL THIS ****** CONTRACT!!! CLEARLY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Hi all .On the 7th November 2017 I took a 24 months contract with Smartcom that i pay about R450 every months .First week of May 2019 I called Smartcom to try arrange for a new SIM card after i damaged the one that was supplied with a phone .In contacting smartcom I was advised that for me to replace the SIM card I must go to a cell c shop to buy a SIM then email a copy of my id with a serial number of the SIM noted on the same page for the SIM card to be activated .I did as i was advised ,then when I call the office to check if all was good I was then told that i need to go back to cell c and ask them to sell me a SIM that is not rickard .I then took time off work again to go ask for the SIM that is not Rickard but cell c told me that sell a SIM and not Ricks the SIM. I then went back to smartcom and explain everything but they insisted that without that they can't assist me .Frustration .....Few days later I call them back to complain and then the promised that they will then send me a SIM and I must jst call them once i received it for activation .A week went without a SIM. Then I called again to follow up ,then I was told it was dispatched to a courier they will check and let me know .No one called .Another week went ,I then called again and I was told they now can not trace it ,I the ask to order another SIM on a monday and I told the sales lady that on the 7th I must have the SIM as I've been frustrated by smartcom .On Friday the 7th I called and I was told I will receive it soon .Then I ask for the supervisor or manager but told they not available. Later same day a lady manager called to say all the stories I got from her staff was wrong information .They were suppose to charge me R100 to order a new SIM. After all these weeks to be told this neusence at the end .Very bad customer service .Very disappointed with smartcom .

I have send several emails for Smartcom asking questions for when is the end of my contract with them etc...., but they just to not respond. I demand that they phone me on my landline ********** 188 as I cannot receive cell calls at work and my cell is not with me.

Good day I upgraded last week and the consultant said that I can take a look on the web and see witch i like so on the web is states the following: Huawei P10 LITE 2017 Model R279 p\m with amazing specs and a total different picture of phone. I received the phone today and to my suprize its the normal P10 Lite not the 2017 model so I phoned Naeo and asked whats going on he then explained that a mistake was made on the web page??????????? So what do we do now this phone is a phone I have, How do fix this problem of me having a phone with that specs for that price as advertised???????????? <p>I had taken a contract out with smartcom vodacom at vodaworld in September 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Currently to date my Sim has not been activated, the 10GB data as promised on the summer special for September has not been loaded.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Sim has been accumulating minutes and data although the Sim is not active, i cannot connect to the internet using my device.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been making the payments although the sim is not active. they were supposed to convert my prepaid number to contract instead they issued a different number.</p>

<p>I called Smartcom about 2-3 weeks ago with regards to a WIFI pocket router which I urgently need.</p> <p>I was refered by a relative and decided to go ahead with it, provided all the neccessary infomation needed to allow the process to continue.... I was told my parcel will be delivered on Monday after the 2 weeks of waiting already... I was patient. I was than told my parcel will be delivered by Monday to my Home address. I wasn't asked which address I would like it to be sent to which a surprise. I than received an sms from Ram the courier company that my parcel is going to my home address... I call smartcom told them I am not at home during the day I work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by smartcom yesterday that they willl change the address with Ram so that it could be delivered at my work address today in the morning. such a relieve. called Ram this morning was told that my address was never changed and that it's going to my home address.</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service is this?</p> <p>How do I refer anyone else to you?</p> <p>CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT TODAY!</p> <p>I made it so clear that I need it today</p>
