Bad service
I closed my account at mookgophong branch they even cut up the card and not they are sueing me for banking coats for the next few months on an acvount that has no over draft

Threats and ************
We had a problem with a lewis bakkie that passed me on a bridge cross a solid line and then i followed him to the branch and we had a fight and he made ****** remarks the manager and area manager had meeting and everyone is afraid of the guy as he has a name for ************ in town so no body wants so speak out against him even the car guards are afraid they even warned my family and nothing is being done against this guy this is really unacceptable that he can get away with this.

Lies lies lies broken phones
I got this contract and they promised a good phone and new one the phone is R1500 new i could not hear properly over the phone as they had so much noise the day they phoned. This new phone does not charge or switch on i was phoning and mailing now and no one is getting back to me please cancel the contract and cancel the debit order or give me a proper phone that is worth that amount. I have night shift data but i can never use it this is fraud hoe does it work i lost all and all about 30gb that i pay for i want to speak to the MEC or i will be contacting news papers and start a strike i need my data back that i paid for as anytime data its rediculas all excuses and no action i cant do any thing after 12 at night please let me know asap or i want a refund or i will go to all news outlets and everyone that will listen 0822939634 or send me a cheap phone to say sorry as i spent over R6000 on that none i could use

Good day i ordered online for me and my family this morning and paid online for sunday lunch we live about 40km from mookgophong so we went in to collect our food my father stood in the row for 25min with a walking aid after he was told that there is no slaw only breasts and no mash and gravy and no twisters because the had to give it to the busses and taxis as they need to get back on the road so great we have no lunch. I phoned the branch and after 9 long calls they said that i must come and the wil rectify it but now its 40km back in and 40km back out after driving in and out with no food???

Against consumer council rules
Good day On 10/04/2021 i baught a premio X83 R1099 at mookgophong and now they are unwilling to exchange the phone as its not working they say their company policy states only 7 days. But funny consumer council states 6 months in south africa. I cant work without a phone i cant send it in and wait 4 to 8 weeks i paid cash and now no help to fix the problem

wrong food arrogant and rasism
Well lets stats start 1. whem you climb out the car there are 2 to 3 people asking for money we are not yet in the store. 2 get in the store another bum comes asking for money me as the client can consecrate what i want and when i get cross and chase him out staff is agry at me and the guy even shout namou at me I have spoken to the people at the till and the one at the door with a don't care attitude???? 3 anyway we ordered 1) 10 piece family treat with coleslaw 2 snack burgers and mash R224.90 2) all star box with small drink 4 of them R259.60 3)streetwise on with mash four of them R91.60 4) and 15 piece bucket R199.90 that is R667.10 we took it and we live on a farm 34 km away,,,,,,, what a ***** up this was wrong portions, some burning like hell we did not receive the bucket no chips when i phoned back someone just said i should have checked my order typical WHITE PEOPLE. im very unhappy How do we sort this out my number 0822939634

NO STOCK NO STOCK UNWILLING TO ORDER
How it it that you never have stock on certain phones since October 2020 i have been driving from town to town the branches are not willing to order at all even if i give deposit?????? the money i wasted in driving around I could have bought about 3 phones from Polokwane to Mokopane to Mookgophong to Modimolli to Bela Bela to Groblersdal to Marblehall all have the same story This is very alarming for me as consumer 0822939634
