I just ordered a breakfast meal at Wimpy in Liberty Promenade Mall and an appalling plate was served! the food was burnt beyond recognition! The manager dared to ask what was wrong with the food that they gave me!!! When I stated the obvious, she then asked if I wanted them to change the burnt pork banger! I am livid!!! The service is beyond poor!!!

I received a link that directed me to your website to pay my account, and I made the payment. However, despite providing proof of payment to the WhatsApp number #0815767186 as advised by one of your collection agents, my account is still showing as in arrears. I received a response thanking me for the payment, but the discrepancy persists. Could you please provide clarification on the status of my payment and an estimate of how long it will take for the payment to reflect accurately on my account?
I HAVE 2 POLICIES WITH THIS BANK! I KNOW THAT DURING THE FESTIVE SEASON SOME COMPANIES DEDUCT EARLY. NO COMMUNICATION WAS SENT TO ME BUT THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED ON THE 15TH INSTEAD OF THE 25TH. THERE WAS NO MONEY IN THE BANK AND THE DEDUCTIONS FAILED! I WENT TO 2 BRANCHES, MAKHAZA AND CAPE TOWN CBD TO TRY AND PAY MY POLICIES WITH NO SUCCESS! THEY BOTH PHONED INTO THEIR BUSINESS SUPPORT BRANCH AND WERE TOLD THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE DEDUCTED ON THE 25TH! WHICH NEVER HAPPENED! I WAKE UP TODAY TO MORE FAILED ATTEMPTS! I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE POLICIES FOR YEARS WITHOUT FAIL AND I WOULD BE ****ED SHOULD THEY LAPSE!!! FIX YOUR MESS NOW!!!

I installed the Wi-Fi 5 days ago and 2 of those days I've had no internet connectivity!!! I AM WORKING FROM HOME! THAT'S WHY I NEED THE INTERNET!!! This company is a SCAM for sure!!! Please collect your equipment and give me my money back! As per the Consumer Protection Act, I am well within my rights to make this demand if your product is not working as promised! Arrange foe collection of your equipment and refund my money!!!
A month ago I had issues with one of my policies that had lapsed which was not my fault!!! After a whole back and forth the policy was reinstated with feedback and apology from Siphesihle Rodolo quoting "Kindly note that the policy has since been reactivated and we will resume debits on the 25/05/2020 on the provided Capitec account." To my surprise, I was woken up by a bank notification, the debit order went off today, a whole 3 days prior the agreed date!!! This is really a Micky mouse company!!! And to think I have a few policies with you!!! I should have read the reviews before signing up with you!!! you clearly have no business etiquette! You do as you please with people's money!!! Such damn crooks!!!

I HAVE NUMEROUS POLICIES WITH YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING WITHOUT FAIL, I SWITCHED BANKS LAST MONTH AND FOR SOME REASON...ONE OF MY POLICIES WAS NOT PAID! YOUR COMPANY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO INFORM ME OF SUCH!! MY POLICY WAS JUST CANCELLED! I SPOKE TO JEFFERSON AND HIS SUPERIOR WHO DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE ME HER NAME, BOTH FAILED TO REINSTATE MY POLICY AND I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS BAD PAYMENT HISTORY ON THE POLICY! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???? FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!

I waited for the sim card for months, only to see a deduction from my ban**** About a month later, the sim card was delivered and given to my colleague with the same name! You *****s didn't even bother to check if she was the correct person!!! WOW! So my details were exposed like that!!! She didn't even know about this! She then called your call centre and spoke to Dave and Neo who had no clue what was going on and kept on saying " YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED ON OUR SYSTEM"!!! OF COURSE SHE IS NOT!!! I'M DISGUSTED WITH YOUR LACK OF ETHICS AND WANT NO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!! JUST COLLECT YOUR DAMN SIM CARD AND CANCEL THIS ****** CONTRACT!!! CLEARLY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS!!!
I rented a vehicle with YOUR company, in the past, the refund of the deposit amount was supposedly within 48 hours after returning the vehicle...which was seldom the case!!! It's even worse now!!! Upon returning the vehicle, I was told that the company is under new management and the processes have changed...(NO ONE BOTHERED TO INFORM THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF SUCH!!! STUPID REALLY!!!) SO... It now takes 7 days...then I was told it's 7 WORKING days...on the 8th "WORKING" day I was told it takes 7-14 working days!!! I spoke to Taariq in the refunds department and was told it would take 3 more "WORKING" days because it was processed when I queried my refund!!! HOW MANY MORE WORKING DAYS SHOULD I WAIT FOR??? YOUR COMPANY IS A JOKE AND I FEEL LIKE SUCH A FOOL FOR EVER HAVING FAITH IN YOUR COMPANY AND GIVING YOU CHANCE AFTER CHANCE...EVEN AFTER ALL YOUR STUFF UPS! CLEARLY YOU ARE A MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY WITH NO PROPER PROCESSES NOR CUSTOMER CARE!!! REFUND MY MONEY TODAY OR ELSE I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!!!
