On Saturday, I made a purchase of cheese at PNP Promenade and contacted them regarding the issue with the product, also sending an email to their customer support. I had placed the order through Mr. D. Joshua from PNP customer support, who then instructed me to log a query with Mr. D, as if it were their product, which I found extremely disappointing in terms of service delivery. I needed the cheese for a family gathering and called, explaining the situation to the lady on the call, who was friendly and informed me that I would be refunded between 3 to 5 days. However, I received an email stating that I need to refer to Mr. Delivery. This is an example of over promising and under delivering.

Dear TFG GROUP, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service I experienced recently at your Sportscene Promenade store. I called your Sportscene Promenade store five times to inquire about a specific product, (Jordan Junior 1 MID SE Colbalt/Pink Sneaker, size uk4, sku: 06-61054655, Style code: HQ1999-400 ) only to be met with no response. Afterward, I had to contact a neighboring store in order to have someone call me back. I was informed that your store’s phone was set to silent, which I find highly unprofessional and inconvenient. As a customer, I called to avoid wasting my time visiting the store unnecessarily, and yet my efforts to reach you were in vain. My second concern involves a pair of shoes I inquired about, which had been set aside for another customer since Thursday, August 25, 2025. I was told that after three days, the shoes would still be held for the original customer, which I find quite baffling. As I was prepared to purchase them in cash, I asked your staff to check if the original customer still wanted the shoes. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and I overheard staff members discussing why stores should not keep stock for individual customers. This conversation was unprofessional and left me feeling as though my inquiry was not taken seriously. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a call back from the Sportscene Promenade store. The fact that the shoes I need are only available at your location, yet I am unable to purchase them due to poor service, is incredibly frustrating. I expect better from a business of your reputation. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns promptly and provide clarity on how this situation will be resolved. Yesterday I had the worst experience with the security they hired, they bul**** and manhandled me on my way leaving the mall. I was taken to closed end corridors with no witness to see the brutality and ill treatment for just puffing Vape (e-cigarette) without restricted sign indicating not allowed. They manhandle for just asking why, that's their only reason to embarrassing me during the people on 26/08 on my birthday between 17:45 - 18:30pm

Last year around July, up to September, I had some issues at Ackerman's Promenade. I had on my Ackerman's account...2 Cellphone's with device insurance, a funeral policy. I paid my my account and only skipped one month's device insurance. I was under the impression that the amount that shows due this month, was inclusive of all items mentioned herein. I received a notification that my device insurance is in arrears and went into the shop to inquire, I paid the arrears amount thinking that all is cover, only to find out that my cover lapse 5 days after I made payment to the supposed device. I was very upset as no one had explained how the payments were supposed to be made. One of Ackerman's consultants assisted me and managed to get into contact with Hollard's call centre agents. After a lengthy explanation and being referred to one agent to the other, Ms Shanaz managed to sort my problem out, and advised me that I could for the devices and the funeral policy separately via the pay@ system, which to me was a much better option of controlling what the aacount amount is and what the rest of the other stuff were. I almost decided to pay up the balance on the account and close the account. Thanks to Ms. Shanaz things work out much better when paying the devices and funeral policy separately. In fact when ever I have issues or queries I prefer to go to Ms. Shanaz and if she's busy with some other customer(s) I opt to wait until she can assist me. Thank you, thank you Ms. Shanaz.

Disappointing Experience with McDonald's Promenade Mall Online Order Order Number: #DFD225001278 (Value: R364) As a first-time online purchaser through the Mr. D app, I was shocked by the numerous issues with my order. - Happy Meal toy mismatch (received no toy) - Incomplete Chicken Foldovers (lacking lettuce and ketchup, despite requesting tomato ketchup) - Foreign object in my son's Apple Juice, which tasted diluted. Mr. D Food's support offered a R25 coupon, which I found insufficient considering the extent of the problems. Consider hiring more staff for promenade McDonald's mall dedicated to online orders to prevent such mistakes. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from purchasing online from McDonald's again.

I just ordered a breakfast meal and an appalling plate was served! the food was burnt beyond recognition! The manager dared to ask what was wrong with the food that they gave me!!! When I stated the obvious, she then asked if I wanted them to change the burnt pork banger! I am livid!!! The service is beyond poor!!!
