<p>today at Nandos I called in an placed an order for 3quarter chickens and 2 packets of chips, 2 rolls rice and for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got there provided my name and got my order she even told me what was inside the Nandos brown paper bag. I did'nt find it necessary to still check.</p> <p> </p> <p>to my surprise when I got to work only 2 quarter chickens was in the bag, called and spoke to Thandi guess what? I was advised if I could come back and collect no apology at all. I tol her I can't she told me if the driver had to deliver if would take 15min to an hour!.</p> <p> </p> <p>already I am a hungry furious client and still no apology?</p> <p> </p> <p>This took place at 01:36 it's 02:45 I haven't been contacted by her Manager or supervisor. Is this the customer service Nandos Chilli lane provides?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am dissapointed. I'm honestly taking this further.....</p>

<p>I am highly dissapointed with a driver call Albert his registration number is DY36CFGP. Drives a Hyundai accent 2015.</p> <p>firstly he does not have coordination s****s and soft ****s. he doesn't even know how to talk over the phone . so short tempered and lacks patience too... This guy should'nt be a driver. Drops the phone in my ear when I ask where he was can this be dealt ! I didnt leave Uber to get this kind of Service</p>
<p>AS I WRITE TO YOU AGAIN. WITH TOTAL DISSAPOINT. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MANAGER ADVISING THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AFTER DELIVERY A DEVICE I NEVER REQUESTED FOR. MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED THIS MONTH WHY? I WANT MY MONEY BACK !.</p>
<p>With regards to my last complaint...Should I expect a call after 2 weeks? with a pathetic apology? I don't want that. let me tell you what I want my money back and never want to hear from you. EVER</p>
<p>Your incorrect device was collected 2weeks ago! has the contract been cancelled? I'm still waiting for my refund it's been almost 2months that I've been sending numerous e-mails and complaints! this is probably my fourth complaint, what? does on always have to complain to get things done? what reputation is this?. I've worked for MTN and this is not the kind of service we rendered. </p>
<p>So I'm still awaiting for someone to get back to be... This is a serious joke Vodacom...... I've lost count. never again</p>
<p>A month ago! I applied for a WIFI router from smartcom which I had to wait for almost 3 weeks to have it delivered to me... It was than delivered last week Friday and guess what? a mobile broadbrand USB stick was delivered to me! how pathetic. I called smartcom told them and was advised it will be collected during the course of this week.. still waiting.... all I've been doing is waiting... Is this how you guys do business? Is this how you treat new clients? How are you planning on solving this? I am sitting with a device I don't want or applied for . I dont want some consultant calling me to apologise I am tired of you sorry's. I want this collected and the contract cancelled. I also don't want anybody from smartcom to contact me either... it better be be someone from Voda or else I'm taking this further. I'm dead serious</p>
<p>I applied for a card online about a month ago. was told I will be contacted to provide my address. still waiting we approaching March already.</p> <p> </p> <p>there better not be any charges on this card! annoyed!</p>
<p>I called Smartcom about 2-3 weeks ago with regards to a WIFI pocket router which I urgently need.</p> <p>I was refered by a relative and decided to go ahead with it, provided all the neccessary infomation needed to allow the process to continue.... I was told my parcel will be delivered on Monday after the 2 weeks of waiting already... I was patient. I was than told my parcel will be delivered by Monday to my Home address. I wasn't asked which address I would like it to be sent to which a surprise. I than received an sms from Ram the courier company that my parcel is going to my home address... I call smartcom told them I am not at home during the day I work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by smartcom yesterday that they willl change the address with Ram so that it could be delivered at my work address today in the morning. such a relieve. called Ram this morning was told that my address was never changed and that it's going to my home address.</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service is this?</p> <p>How do I refer anyone else to you?</p> <p>CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT TODAY!</p> <p>I made it so clear that I need it today</p>
