Debit Card Dispute which I send the dispute form and all relevant documents of cancellation of a Free Trial and they still question me to: DebitCardDisputes@fnb.co.za I will really close my account if this bad service continuous
I am now fed up with FNB ignoring me since last year with my first query. They received all documents required. I think I must close my account and tell all my people to do the same. If my query is not resolved by Monday, 20 March 2023 I will close my account and go to all the newspapers in the world to publish this bad service. It is pathetic
I was Holding more than 20 minutes, phoned back and still holding and consultant does not want to phone me back to assist. I am fed up with FNB
I've lodged a complaint under reference 4982800NF and Fnb ignores me. I think it is bad business and customer service
I requested previously athat a Huawei Cloud fee removed from my account as I do not have a Huawei phone anymore since August 2023 and I have prof it is still going off. I want this resolved as my money get stolen
I do not own a Huawei phone anymore and still they deduct money for cloud storage. I struggle them to assist to cancel

I submitted a claim in February 2022 which they send several e-mails to say it will pay out on 11/03/2022. When I followed up because my broker ignores me, they said it was a mistake, it will only be paid today and I have to wait another week. IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
