<p>I called Smartcom about 2-3 weeks ago with regards to a WIFI pocket router which I urgently need.</p> <p>I was refered by a relative and decided to go ahead with it, provided all the neccessary infomation needed to allow the process to continue.... I was told my parcel will be delivered on Monday after the 2 weeks of waiting already... I was patient. I was than told my parcel will be delivered by Monday to my Home address. I wasn't asked which address I would like it to be sent to which a surprise. I than received an sms from Ram the courier company that my parcel is going to my home address... I call smartcom told them I am not at home during the day I work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by smartcom yesterday that they willl change the address with Ram so that it could be delivered at my work address today in the morning. such a relieve. called Ram this morning was told that my address was never changed and that it's going to my home address.</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service is this?</p> <p>How do I refer anyone else to you?</p> <p>CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT TODAY!</p> <p>I made it so clear that I need it today</p>
