<p>I am really disappointed with the service received from Jetmart, Wynberg.</p> <p> </p> <p>I decided to buy a mobile phone last year, CASH. This phone has been at Smartlab most of the time. I have my receipt when I purchased the phone as well as the paper work when I took my phone in and received it again and again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet, this time (which would be the 2nd time) I returned my phone, I was told to pay a certain amount for something they need to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hardly used the phone, the phone has been with Smartlab for more than 7 months in total. This is really unacceptable and I would actually insist that I get my money back and not a "repaired" phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully I get some kind of response as no one at Jetmart seems to be very helpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Sherizaan</p> <p> ********** </p>
