<p>Smartphone Plus through MTN has been my worst nightmare since MTN booked my phone in with them since October 4th. After multiple attemos where MTN took my excess fee and allocated it directly to the repair centre, I had to pay another excess amount and they refused ti refund me the money which was due to me. Fast forward, the phone was fixed and dispatched to me, but to me in Durban!!! How do they pick up my phone in Cape Town and deliver it to Durban?? The worst part is no one wanting to take ownership of tge situation that I had to request to speak to a manager. Sooke to Kate and she said she would call me today and she never called me and the tracking number still shows my phone is in Durban, to who I dont know and when I called again, I was given the whole cakk centre pong game of "kate is busy with another client" she will call me bsck, SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK WITHOUT ME HAVING TO CALL AND SPEAK TO HER. MY PHONE REMAINS IN DURBAN THOUGH</p>
