Terrible customer service

Would like to write my review regarding my order since 2022 at smashinn company for having not delivered my order, I’ve wrote numerous emails and following up but, nothing has been done, I’ve complained and they claim that they have sent me a form on my email and, of which i didn’t get any… their customer service is not working cause they don’t communicate to customers and I’m very disappointed…. I just want my money back and they can keep their order i don’t want it!!
