Being in the same trade more or less…I know all about customer service. And that is exactly what I got from Roux. From the first call right through to the delivery. I went to them Saturday, met Ruan and everything just worked perfectly. Super transparent, No long stories. Straight forward to the point - like i like it! Monday delivery right at my workplace. SMC Exclusive Motors you have a gem in Ruan. Well done. Excellent Exclusive Service!!!!! Watch out I am going to pouch him from you….LOL

In todays world with all the ****** and ****mers tryimg to make a quick buck. Today i met up with a dealer that still believes in quality, honesty and great service. Everyone from sales, as well as the finance team, are completely professional, time efficient, and take the effort to explain things clearly. Their attitude is a testament to their higher level of service. I do not wish to single anyone out, as I believe it was a team effort, but a special mention of Danique, from the finance department. She made life a lot easier, while not taking any shortcuts, to ensure my application went through within a tight deadline, I had given them. I love the vehicle I purchased, and would recommend SMC as a premium dealership to do business with. Thank you Yaseen Ismail

we were referred to SMC by the mechanic that has been servicing our familie's vehicles for a couple of years now. Wimpie the mechanic actually bought his current vehicle from SMC. Roux the salesman is excellent and the transaction was finalised without problems.
