Being in the same trade more or less…I know all about customer service. And that is exactly what I got from Roux. From the first call right through to the delivery. I went to them Saturday, met Ruan and everything just worked perfectly. Super transparent, No long stories. Straight forward to the point - like i like it! Monday delivery right at my workplace. SMC Exclusive Motors you have a gem in Ruan. Well done. Excellent Exclusive Service!!!!! Watch out I am going to pouch him from you….LOL

MTN is CLUELESS
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I upgraded my account from R449 to R1269. Now I am billed R1737. Phoned yesterday 3 times. Was told it is fixed and amount end of Aug is R1269. Phoned again to confirmed, now a completely new amount. Do any one know what is going on at MTN!!! Christo Fourie Sel: ***

Can not commit to delivery time as requested
Wish i can give less stars!. Second time around that they can not deliver same day. First time was my girlfriends Bday and they missed it and only delivered the next day. Second time....Since this morning its out on delivery. I asked around 1pm and 3:30pm again...still out for delivery. Tells me they have a lot of deliveries. So way ask customers for a delivery day when ordering. Also tells me they are still within delivery time. Well after first ***** up I though they would have made sure, clearly not. They can not phone driver because we live in the stone age, and probably only have 1 delivery vehicle and delivering from Cape Town Definitely never ever using them again.

Good Day All. Some feedback of the BS we are getting from Allen Joss….or rather the non feedback. So the radio has been “fixed” new software loaded. Then the jerking of the car while only accelerating - told it is bad fuel. This only started after the coil plugs broke and replaced. So for +/-35 000km this car never had bad fuel. Only now. Impossible! Also if there was bad fuel the car might struggle to start and also miss fire while idling, so please try a better excuse. A suggestion will be to open the bonnet and check (there where the engen is), check each coil pack, and maybe test them, inspect the turbo, test it, and look for broken wires or loose wires. Through experience computer telemetry does not always show everything! Maybe a bad fuel pump or filter, just a few examples, there is a million reasons/parts. just a suggestion! Don’t just come with a lame excuse of bad fuel. Then the dash going black with a chime sound is apparently a bad battery. WOW!!! Unbelievable. No starting problems/cranking issues ever! Now we are told a battery has only a year warranty. Andre phoned me to tell me all this and qouted us R3400 for a new battery. Never even checking if there might be a warranty. But luckily we were told by Ford SA this car has an extended plan that covers the battery, When telling Andre this, he tels me ooo yes you are right. So clearly just out to make money! Clearly no communication there as Danie, Andre, Wilna are not talking or ether with Ford SA. As Andre wants to give the car back. Danie says no. Wilna is dead quite And Ford SA has to tell them what is wrong with the car. I told them when I dropped the car off to check to coil plugs/packs as they were replaced. Also knowing about the problems The Ecosport has with turbos to check that too. As I had a car that did the same jerking, that was the turbo…luckily that problem with my car was fixed by replacing the turbo and settled out of court. So please don’t let us go that route. I wanted Allen Joss to rotate the tires but rather not as they will brake some thing there or properly charge me for wheel nuts that they couldn’t get loose. I would rather suggest you get technicians from maybe Fury Midrand, Lazarus Ford to look at the car and fix / test / be honest to us because Allen Joss does not know there head from there ass. Harsh but true! I have never been treated this way and your non service with total BS lie’s is unbelievable. As a lady driver dealing with you since 2011…is this the way to treat her or in fact any one. So today is a new day so lets see what great stories we are getting today. PS…Wilna I am still waiting for those call sheets/emails you send Rina the last 2 weeks. Also why where you “trying” to get hold of her. You guys dis mos fix the car perfect the first time? Also please don’t mail me back or phone me with all your 1 million excuses. Rather talk to each other, fix Allen Joss reputation AND fix the car even if it means getting Technicians from other Ford dealerships that knows the brand! Regards Christo

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!! WELL DONE!!!!!! I always though secondhand cars dealers are the biggest sharks, But these guys are just the best. They helped me!. The way they handled everything was just great. Service on a next level. They listened, helped, was friendly and sorted everything; so quick, no questions asked! They handle me with the most respect and made me feel the most imported person. They where understanding. Pieter is the star!!!!... All the staff there in East Lynne were super friendly. Going forward I will ONLY deal with them and will refer everybody i know to them!. You guys Rock! All the others can go learn from these guys!!!

I have to say how utterly disgusted I am with Capfin. I had a loan for more or less a year that I paid every month in full. First R10 000 and then again R1900 loans Last month I have settled the loan in full, paid +/-R5300 and closed the account. Now I wanted to apply again for R13 000. Did all the paper work submitted and received a sms/email saying I qualify for R23 000 So I phoned, did the whole process for the R13 000 and was told I don’t qualify. How the hell!!!!!!!!!!!! I was the perfect customer, paid every month and paid up earlier. VERY VERY DISGUSTED WITH CAPFIN!!!!!!

MFC is the worst!
Wel being a client for 30 years at Nedbank and MFC and just last month paid last instalment on a car i wanted to get finance again. Trade my current car and go cheaper to save as times are tough....And MFC just said no!. I mailed like 3 weeks ago and still waiting for MFC. Same email to Nedbank, got a call telling me that they are looking into it. 2 days later same guy phoned with the worst attitude and a straight answer of no!. Sorry to hear about your issues! SMS to rate te service and i gave a 0...Today Nedbank phoned again about sms. Told my story and lady could not believe the way i am handled after 30 years. That she is going to look into it! BUT still not a word from MFC...I am not asking for a lot. My account is now closed with you guys and i want to bring more business back - so where is the loyalty. By wanting paying less a month i am a lower risk client. But this is the way you respect and deal with a client of 30 years. All my cars I ever finance through you and all other i never skipped any payments. Cars was settled etc. And still you guys say no, with a ****ty attitude from Nedbank and no reply from MFC....even after 5-6-7 emails. And now suddenly you call me about your service rating. Giving proof, statements bending backward for your request and this is the way you treat customers...MFC shame on you!!! I hope all that read this dont go trough you and the same with Nedbank. 30 Years....yes read it again!!! 30 years!!!!

Good day...utterly discussed with MTN, customer over 20 years. MTN app and website says I can upgrade 7 aug 2021. BUT I have to pay in R3400. What is he point...My phone broke and I need it to do my work from....SO i am stuffed....then you must state you can upgrade but pay us first....No where does it state this....and no where on my contract it says I have to pay in when upgrading!!!!MTN SUCKS, I must move to Vodacom!!!!!
