Poors Communication and service

My vehicle had an accident , which was a write off , i offered the insurance to buy the vehicle back , but i was told to contact SMD to get first preference to buy back , i was contact by Kwenama Ngcoya and was told to register and bid . I email Kwenama to state that i have problem with the registration, so i was advised to come to SMD for assitance , my next question to her was are u open on a Saturday, which i had not received a response , then my next eamil to her was with my bid , still never got any response, but today i see the vehicle was sold , and still no response . Very poor service from SMD ,
